1. What is slime made of?
Our slimes are made with non-toxic glue, borax, and high-quality add-ins depending on the slime. These include fragrance oils, food dye, clay, beads, charms, instant snow, sequins, lotion, foaming soap, and/or shaving cream. 2. Is slime safe?
Yes, slime is non-toxic to play with. However, it is not safe to eat and is recommended for ages 6+ with adult supervision. We strongly suggest washing your hands before and after using your slime.
3. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of slime, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. You can reach us under the "contact page" or email slimebymaryam@gmail.com to reach customer support.
4. What if my slime arrives melted or sticky?
Slime can melt during shipping, especially in warm weather. This is normal! Activator is included to fix it easily. Add it in and your slime will go back to normal.
5. Why is my slime hard or stiff?
Slime can stiffen over time. Add a little lotion or warm it with clean hands.
6. How long does slime last?
With proper care, slime can last months. Keep it in an airtight container and play with clean hands.
7. How do I take care of my slime?
Store slime in the provided sealed container, avoid heat, and wash hands before playing. If it gets sticky, add a little activator.
8. Do your slimes contain scents?
Yes, some slimes are scented. Scent descriptions are listed on each product. Clear slimes, however, are not scented in order to preserve their color. Unscented options can be made available too if you contact us about restrictions!
9. When will my order arrive?
Orders usually take 1-6 days to process and deliver within 2 weeks. However, shipping times vary by location.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we are working on it!!
11. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
12. Can slime stain clothes or surfaces?
Yes, slime can stain fabric and some surfaces. Always play on a clean, flat surface. If it sticks to your clothes, you can use glycerin to melt it down to its original state and peel it off.
13. Do you restock sold-out slimes?
Some slimes restock but others are limited edition. Stay tuned for restock updates!.

15. Can I mix slimes together?
Yes, but mixing may change color and texture permanently.
16. Is borax dangerous?
Borax is safe in small amounts when used correctly. Slime is not meant to be eaten or used on broken skin. If you have an allergy to borax do not purchase or use slime.
