I started making slime when I was 13 years old and posting videos on TikTok just for fun. At the time, I had no expectations of it becoming anything more than a creative hobby. I loved sharing story times and slime reviews on my page.
Over time, those videos began reaching more people than I ever imagined. What started as something small slowly grew into a TikTok account with over 1.2 million followers, which I still can’t fully comprehend. Watching something I loved turn into something shared by so many people changed everything for me and showed me the power of creativity and connection.
SlimebyMaryam has always been more than just slime.
Even though this space became a community of over 1.2 million people, it never felt like just a number. It felt like a group of individuals who showed up every day to support, comment, share their stories, and create together. Many of you have been here since the beginning, watching everything grow step by step, and others joined along the way.
What makes this community special is how connected it feels. Reading comments with reviews of which slimes you would like to see, responding to DMs with stories you want me to share, laughing at shared jokes, doing giveaways, and celebrating fun moments together brought us closer. Everyone brings something unique, and that shared energy is what shaped SlimebyMaryam into what it is today.
This is why the business exists. The shop wasn’t created to replace the community--it was created for it. I wanted people to experience the slimes they had been seeing on their screens and feel that same excitement in real life. I didn't want it to be a solely vicarious experience for you.
SlimebyMaryam is built on trust, creativity, and authenticity. Nothing here is rushed or mass-produced. Each slime is handmade with care, sometimes with help from my little sisters, and every order is packed with the same intention: to make you guys happy.
